নতুন দু’টি আইপিও, দু’টি মিউচুয়াল ফান্ডের প্রসপেক্টাস ও একটি রাইটস শেয়ারের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে পুঁজিবাজার নিয়ন্ত্রক সংস্থা সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন (এসইসি)।
বুধবার এসইসি’র নির্বাহী পরিচালক আনোয়ারুল কবির ভূঁইয়া এক সংবাদ ব্রিফিংয়ে জানান, কমিশনের বৈঠকে এসব সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়।
তিনি জানান, মডার্ন পলি ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ ও অ্যালায়েন্স হোল্ডিংস লিমিটেড বাজারে ইনিশিয়াল পাবলিক অফারিং (আইপিও) ছাড়বে।
এছাড়া প্রাইম ফাইন্যান্স ও পিএইচপিকে মিউচুয়াল ফান্ড ছাড়ার এবং ফিনিক্স ফাইন্যান্সকে রাইটস শেয়ার ছাড়ার অনুমোদন দেওয়া হয়েছে।
তিনি জানান, মডার্ন পলি ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ আইপিও ছাড়বে বুক বিল্ডিং পদ্ধতিতে। ১০ টাকা অভিহিত মূল্য ধরে কোম্পানিটি বাজারে তিন কোটি শেয়ার ছাড়বে।
বিনিয়োগকারীরা দর হাঁকার পর তাদের মধ্যে সবচেয়ে কম দর যে হাঁকে সেই দামে সাধারণ ক্রেতাদের কাছে শেয়ারটি ছাড়া হয়।
শেয়ারের ইনডিকেটিভ মূল্য নির্ধারিত হয়েছে ৬৪ টাকা। শেয়ারের দাম আহ্বান করে বিনিয়োগকারীদের প্রস্তাব করা সবচেয়ে কম মূল্যকে আইপিও’র দাম নির্ধারণ করাই ইনডিকেটিভ মূল্য।
মডার্ন ফাইবার ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ এর শেয়ার কেনার পরিকল্পনা নিয়ে মডার্ন পলি ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ বাজার থেকে ১৯২ কোটি টাকার মূলধন সংগ্রহের লক্ষ্যমাত্রা নির্ধারণ করেছে।
১০ টাকা অভিহিত মূল্য ধরে বাজারে অ্যালায়েন্স হোল্ডিংস লিমিটেডেটকে সাড়ে তিন কোটি শেয়ার ছাড়ার অনুমোদন দিয়েছে এসইসি।
এই কোম্পানির শেয়ারের ইনডিকেটিভ মূল্য নির্ধারিত হয়েছে ৮৮ টাকা।
অ্যালায়েন্স হোল্ডিংস লিমিটেড বাজার থেকে ৩০৮ কোটি টাকা মূলধন সংগ্রহের লক্ষ্যমাত্রা নির্ধারন করেছে।
এসইসি’র মুখপাত্র জানান, ১০০ টাকা অভিহিত মূল্য ধরে প্রাইম ফিন্যান্সিয়াল ফার্স্ট ইউনিট ফান্ড প্রসপেক্টাসের অনুমোদন দেওয়া হয়েছে।
এই কোম্পানি বাজার থেকে ২০ কোটি টাকার মূলধন সংগ্রহের লক্ষ্যমাত্রা নির্ধারণ করেছে। এর মধ্যে তিন কোটি টাকা আসবে স্পন্সরদের শেয়ার থেকে।
এই ফান্ড স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জের তালিকাভুক্ত হবে না বলে জানিয়েছেন কবির ভূঁইয়া।
পিএইচপি ফার্স্ট মিউচুয়াল ফান্ড ২০০ কোটি টাকা মূলধন যোগাড়ের লক্ষ্য নির্ধারন করেছে। এর মধ্যে ২০ কোটি টাকা আসবে স্পন্সরদের শেয়ার থেকে ও ৮০ কোটি টাকা আসবে প্রাথমিক আইপিও থেকে।
এর প্রতিটির মূল্য ধরা হয়েছে ১০ টাকা।
বিদ্যমান পাঁচটি শেয়ারের বিপরীতে ফিনিক্স ফাইন্যান্স অ্যান্ড ইনভেস্টমেন্ট লিমিটেডকে একটি রাইটস শেয়ার ছাড়ার অনুমোদন দেওয়া হয়েছে।
ফিনিক্স ফাইন্যান্স অ্যান্ড ইনভেস্টমেন্ট লিমিটেড প্রিমিয়ামসহ ২০০ টাকা দামের ৮ লাখ ৭০ হাজার স্বাভাবিক শেয়ার ছাড়বে।
